Dana DeRuyck

Dana DeRuyck is a lifelong theatre junkie. After studying theatre and broadcast journalism at Drake University, she trucked out to Los Angeles. An actor and writer, she runs the gamut from classical theatre to fan fiction to sketch comedy. She’s appeared with the Sacred Fools Theater Company in A Woman of No Importance (Mrs. Allonby u/s), Bill & Joan (Female Swing) and The Magic Bullet Theory (Dorothy Kilgallen u/s). She’s a frequent collaborator in the Serial Killers late-night show, as both a writer and actor; she’s currently co-writing and performing in the serial “Love Sex Money Prom.” DeRuyck has appeared in the world premieres of Deity Clutch and Sherlock Through the Looking-Glass with The Porters of Hellsgate.
